White Water Strategies
is the result of two waves of thinking

• Strategies that are implemented successfully are underpinned by the genuine personal commitment of all involved. Most strategies never get implemented because passive resistance is easier than constructive disagreement; and

• Senior managers will develop successfully through coaching provided that interventions are based on sound psychology. Genuine and long lasting motivation cannot be obtained by technical training alone.

Our objective is therefore to create the link between personal strategies and business strategies in order to develop rounded leaders who get things done successfully, time after time. In other words to develop Balanced Leaders.

We are continuously refining our thinking through our research and our experience with our clients and have come to the conclusion that you must both develop leaders and give them the tools to do their job.
