Who is White Water Strategies
At present our firm has two directors and six staff based in London, supplemented by 20 associates and senior experts who provide specialised input on a need basis. Coaching associates range from non executive directors to sports coaches, actors or image advisers. Strategy associates cover all the analytical skills to support strategy formulation from market analysis to business modelling and major bid support. Here is a selection of our experts:

Depending on the client, she can flexibly provide a 'theory rich' mentoring approach based on sound proprietary research or a very practical problem-solving process. |

Katie Watkins (office manager) runs the day-to-day business at WWS. An archeologist by training – no jokes on the state of our files prior to her arrival please – she joined us after various project and office management roles in sectors as varied as legal publishing, heritage, Central and Local Government and even pubs. |

Claudine Provencher (head of research) is a management consultant specialising in Professional Services firms. She conducts all our research and also teaches at the London School of Economics. |

Colin Duthie (senior expert) is an international authority on Talent Management who leads our services in this fast growing area. He has worked internationally in both corporate and business roles for FTSE top 50 companies and public sector organisations. His most recent corporate role was as Director of Group Leadership Development and Talent Management with Scottish Power plc. |

David Roylance (senior expert) is a theatre director, voice coach and Alexander technique specialist. He leads our Visible Leader programmes, part of our Balanced Leader Advanced Programmes. |

John Dent (senior expert) is a sports scientist who leads the health and fitness aspects of our Resilience programme, part of our Balanced Leader Advanced Programmes. He also works one to one with our clients helping them manage the many challenges of leading in the fast lane. |
